About Brian Morrison

I served my Country in the Army after high school and attended classes at night in Business. I've been in this roller coaster Mortgage loan business for 32 years with approximately 14 years of managing employees in sales, collections, and customer service. I'm self driven, accountable, trustworthy, and forward thinking. I don't make the same mistake twice. I personally grew myself in the industry by voluntarily taking/passing the Realtor exam and the Real Property Appraiser licensing courses/exams (as well as the obvious Mortgage Broker exams) in order to be fully educated in all aspects of real estate lending. I spent several years managing 96 employees across multi states with full loan approval/funding authority up to Fannie Mae maximum loan limits. I hired, I fired, and built teams that won me many awards and honors including being the top producer (funded the most loans in a month by quite a margin) and to be the youngest producer to be promoted to manager in the company (23 years old). I find myself being the "go to" person for questions on the job.
