As a Manager Commercial Analyst at Imperial, a leading provider of integrated market access and logistics solutions in Africa and beyond, I help the Road Freight Dedicated Contracts Division optimize its commercial performance and profitability. With over six years of experience as an Attorney and Commercial Manager, I have a strong background in transport, logistics, and commercial law, as well as a keen understanding of the African market and its challenges and opportunities. I am also the founder and Managing Director of Msimanga Inc Attorneys, a boutique law firm that specializes in transport, logistics, and commercial law. I advise and support some of the top transport, logistics, and supply chain companies in Africa, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sustainability. I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Transport and Logistics Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in consulting. I am a fully licensed Attorney with the right to appear in South Africa's High Courts, a published author, and a regular contributor to Business Day, a leading business newspaper in South Africa.
