Passionate science and math enthusiast who inputs lots of energy into the appreciation, safe use and true understanding of safety, scientific principles, and statistical principles. Staff coach who understands we are all at different parts of our professional development journey. I work with my staff to challenge them to the point of growth while giving them the necessary scaffolds to be confident to try new things. Work with students to identify the strengths within and unlock their goals, potential, and dreams. We work together to make them come true. I believe students behave when their needs are met. A misbehaving child is crying for help due to something not going right. A safe and nurturing environment yields prepared children, prepared staff and prepared people. Education is a journey not a destination.
