I build businesses in complex markets — and I’ve spent two decades doing exactly that across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. As Managing Director & Country Chair for Shell Ghana, I lead commercial strategy, stakeholder engagement, and market entry in some of the world’s most dynamic energy landscapes. Before this, I served as Shell’s Country Manager for Kenya, Senior Commercial Advisor in Iraq, and as a Petroleum Development Strategy Advisor to the Government of Kenya — bridging the gap between policy, capital, and execution. My work sits at the intersection of energy transition, African economic development, and commercial growth. I understand what it takes to build trust with governments, develop high-performing teams, and deliver results in environments where ambiguity is the norm and adaptability is non-negotiable. Beyond Shell, I serve on the board of Souk Farms, where I contribute strategic oversight to an agribusiness platform operating across African and global markets — reflecting my broader conviction that Africa’s energy and food systems are deeply interconnected challenges that demand integrated leadership.What drives me: Sustainable growth in African markets.
