Lucky enough to lead & collaborate with the INSS team, Field Specialists, and Internal Product Specialists to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Recently earning my MBA from South East Technology University, I bring a sharpened strategic thinking to leadership, combining business acumen with a deep commitment to developing people and building high performance cultures. I believe in pushing beyond comfort zones and getting comfortable being uncomfortable. This mindset is carried across both my professional journey and personal passions, from running marathons to co-founding the Artane Beaumont Run Club, a local initiative focused on community, wellness, and connection, Irelands fastest growing & most colourful run club. Above all, I’m a proud dad to Amelia and Stevie, Husband to Nicole. I find strength in Amelia’s determination, especially during tough times when she never gave up when most would have. Her resilience inspires how I lead, live, and grow. When I’m not focused on kicking goals, I try to disconnect with partner in crime, our Australian Shih Tzu Patches, on adventures, and hunting down great coffee spots across Dublin.
