I am a civil litigation specialist and lead the Nelson litigation and dispute resolution team. I manage a broad range of disputes encompassing trusts and estates, property and construction, between directors and/or shareholders, and also relationship property. I am also frequently involved at the contract negotiation phase to advise on risk, and at the termination stage to advise on risk management. I also have extensive employment law experience. Typically I have acted for employers in mediation, the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court, as well as defending Health and Safety prosecutions.
