I have been working in the Oil & Gas Industry as a HSE Advisor for the past 12 years with an NSCO and OFA-Level 3 first aid certifications. I currently work with Ameco at the LNG plant in Kitimat whereas my prior employment was Kearl Oil Sands project. In these roles, I performed daily atmospheric monitoring & site inspections, coordinated & facilitated technical safety and awareness training programs, conducted workplace & building inspections for structural defects to ensure that safe working practices were maintained and communicated any identified hazards. I conduct myself in a proficient and professional manner regarding health and safety, exhibit excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills. I am proficient in job task planning, organization and memory retention. I work exceptionally well with others and have a tremendous work ethic. I am looking to further my career in this field of Health, Safety & Environment services and working towards completing my NCSO designation.
