Brian has been instrumental in transforming the Emergency Management Center into a model operation, a critical and practical asset to advance and protect the service mission of the department. In his previous role as Director, Business Services at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Brian provided key executive leadership for a multifunctional organization of 23 staff members that provided strategic direction and policy development in human capital management, business operations, and emergency preparedness. Brian is highly recognized as an innovative and tireless administrator focused on achievements.
