This includes implementing and managing dozens of contracts, working with multiple stakeholders, having up to you 5 direct reports and ensuring overal project success. I SPECIALIZE IN: PROBLEM SOLVING: Led coordination in active hospital; turned a machine room into emergency department space. COST MANAGEMENT: Successfully managed 20 project budgets, with up to 5 projects at a time. CLIENT SATISFACTION: Worked on 12 projects for one client in a 4 year span. COMMUNICATION: Developed protocols for clear communication with clients and partners which include contract award packages, budget updates, and monthly reports.
