In my current role at LinkedIn, I'm the Go To Market Enablement lead for our Sales Development teams in EMEA, LATAM and NAMER. I am responsible for building, maintaining, and adding valuable content to our SD's learning journey as well as on-boarding every new-hire SD and SD Manager. My goal is to enhance the knowledge, improve the skills, elevate engagement and establish new abilities that lead to lasting positive behavioural change for our Sales Development organization. I'm passionate about partnering with leadership teams to identify opportunities for their teams to be more productive and successful. My energy comes from building learning programs and facilitating training to help managers and sales reps develop in their career from their very first day at LinkedIn to the day they move to their next-play.I'm also the EMEAL lead for both our Emerg[IN] programme and GBO New Manager Onboarding programme.My previous roles at LinkedIn include Senior New Business Manager within LMS OSO as well as UK Agency Account Director within our LMS business line.
