Previously I worked as a CoreHR Software E-Learning Consultant creating training content for on CoreHR Payroll software for our staff, partners and clients. The role involves working with various stakeholders across the business to successfully identify and prioritise the production of the required materials. Working with the Product Strategy team to develop engaging e-learning courses in a variety of formats. Creating courses that include a variety of training resource types, including detailed documented user guides, tutorial videos & interactive assessments. Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies, approaches and policies for approval and implementation. I configure, support and manage course content on CoreHR’s LMS, including the development of the course structure, creation of assessments and user certification. I previously worked as a CoreHR Software Customer Support Professional providing support to customers in both Ireland and the UK specialising in the CorePay suite. I provide complex Application Support; troubleshoot problems, research issues, determine and apply solutions and work-arounds, validate solutions, provide advice and guidance to clients. I have achieved every performance target to date since joining CoreHR. In my role in CoreHR I also use SQL on a daily basis to both search and update databases. I have previously worked as a Thesaurus Software Customer Support Professional providing quality support across all Thesaurus products. Thesaurus products include Thesaurus Payroll Manager, BrightPay Ireland, BrightPay UK, Solutions Plus and BrightContracts. I have received extensive training in Thesaurus particularly in both Irish and UK Payroll as well as many other areas. My duties also include software testing, holding live software demonstrations, email support, taking sales orders and chairing company meetings. I have an excellent education that includes a 2.1 honours degree in Accountancy.
