Realigning one of my production lines increased throughput, reduced scrap, and improved employee training and morale. I led multi-year project to completely re-create the materials picking process through creation of a new system of picking operations, rewriting procedures, Initiating a new training process, and establishing clear responsibilities. I also recognize the importance in using software to help perform work more efficiently. In each position, I have become the expert in the software used and have been assigned as the company representative to manage the software to meets the changing needs of the business. I can utilize Microsoft Excel in various capacities to develop forms, generate production and quality reports, and provide real-time work coordination and feedback.
