Currently responsible for the Data, Voice and Video Communications at Aflac. My previous experience includes supporting the security, networking, server infrastructures and telecommunications functions for numerous retail companies, educational facilities, financial institutions, insurance companies, medical facilities and manufacturing companies. I enjoy working with internal and external customers to provide IT solutions which best meet their needs and company objectives. I have managed large projects to include network conversions, data room installations, telephony installations and call center migrations. I possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to relay technical information to non-technical people. In addition, I have experience with financial analysis, vendor cost negotiations and strategic planning.Specialties: Manage environments including: Routers, Switches, VPNs, Wireless Access Points/Controllers, Firewalls, Load balancers, IPS, PBXs, ACDs, Workforce Optimization, Audio Conferencing, Video Conferencing, WAN Optimization, SBCs and SIP.
