MY INTEREST AND PASSION ARE SALES AND SALES OPTIMIZATION! With more than 8 years of experience from one of the most difficult aspects of sales, telesales and appointment settings, I’ve worked optimized call centers as well as trained their employees. Every day I use my knowledge to work with and train call centers as well as other sales organizations. One thing is optimizing the available resources, another thing is data - and how available data is used intelligent! As a sales manager in an international SaaS company that provides call center software - we are working every day to optimize data and use data intelligently.
