About Brian Pendleton

Over 31 years of Workers’ Compensation Claims and Internal Audit experience. I am currently a Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor with over ten years of supervisory experience. I have proficiency in planning, organizing, evaluating, and directing various projects. I also have several abilities desirable to a claims operation, some of which are; the ability to develop excellent relationships with management, customers, staff, and diverse individuals, the ability to develop and train staff members in all areas of claims handling and critical thinking, the ability to provide written and oral reports, the ability to provide objective analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for improvements, and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet tight and often coinciding deadlines. I have extensive experience with high cost and complex claims handling from the first report to resolution. I also have excellent organizational skills. I am proficient with Microsoft applications and I am an expert and Certified Impairment Rater in the PD Rating System and use of The AMA Guides.
