As an Operations Manager, Brian excelled company expectations improving his stores’ inventory discrepancies to 1% compared to the company goal of 1.5%. While being responsible for his own store he also directed up to 5 others simultaneously involving the development and training of operations. Never complacent, Brian always tries to find innovative ways to benefit the company and his team to be successful. He built a relationship with Concord Motor Speedway in order to sell product at on site events and to drive in traffic to the store.
