About Brian Phillips

Brian Phillips was born and raised in Lamar, Missouri and moved to the Joplin Area in 2009. He comes from a background of 11 years in Lending and brings problem solving, perseverance and leadership when working with his real estate clients. Brian Phillips attended Crowder College and earned an Associate Degree. He began this path towards Elementary Education with the goal of teaching 2nd Grade. He then, unexpectedly, was recruited into Banking. Once he began his Banking career, he realized he had a true passion for helping people reach their Financial Goals. Especially when it came to helping clients Refinance their Homes to get them on a path to a brighter financial future. He was consistently recognized as a Top Performer in Loan Production and regularly sought out by peers for advice and leadership. His skills, knowledge and experience from that career give him the ability to guide you through the entire Home Buying Experience. Brian Phillips originally entered the Real Estate world as a Real Estate Investor. He owns Residential Rental Properties and intends to continue growing his Real Estate Portfolio so he can provide people with great properties they can call Home. He obtained his Real Estate License to help others, also, reach their Real Estate Goals. Walking with someone through the process of obtaining Home Ownership is such a beautiful (sometimes chaotic) journey. He is honored that his clients allow him to go through the adventure with them. Brian Phillips lives in Carl Junction, Missouri with his Wife, Daughter and Son. However, when possible, he enjoys relaxing on the Beach with his Family.
