About Brian Piech

With 18 years of experience in Product Management, Product-Led Growth, & Marketing leadership positions, I have a proven track record of driving product usage, P&L growth, and marketing results across B2C and B2B SAAS businesses in environments ranging from start-up ventures to Fortune 100 companies. I’ve built and run 6 iterations of Product-Led Growth teams. While each iteration of PLG has delivered impact to core KPIs, there is no single, standard approach to PLG: each product and user journey is unique. True success with PLG includes understanding when and how to build product growth squads as well as knowing when PLG is not the answer to a product’s needs. Currently I’m running an international Product-Led Growth organization with team members in the UK, Germany, France, India, Australia, and Japan, focusing on delivering improved time to value to new users. As with all things PLG, the critical piece is marrying user success and meaningful, measurable KPIs. Our international PLG org consists of product managers, researchers, designers, engineers, & data scientists.
