It’s a true blessing to do something your passionate about every day. Helping workers and employers find ways for everyone to get home safely to their families is that drive in life for me. Bringing my team together to help show clients how to manage their work comp and risk outcomes is our daily motivation. Making sure to emphasize best outcomes and teach and advocate for those that were injured. My belief is that safety and prevention of injuries is not a OSHA training or audit of human behavior, but rather an internal value in company culture. My customers ask me to come in and see those paths. Through the years many workers and employers have relied on me to help them work through the sticky mess that is safety, injury prevention and workers compensation. It is manageable, you just need someone who sees the road on your side. My business background consists of being a Loss Control Director with a focus in the Workers Compensation arena. Managing a team of claims associates and striving to achieve best outcomes for all our diverse clients. I often visit and consult with clients in all categories and sizes of business. I help keep my clients stay informed, compliant, and at the top of their game while lowering their exposures and often their overall MOD (emr). I have a heart of a teacher and want to make those areas of difficulty understandable and approachable.
