About Brian Plozai

I am a family man, who loves making the most out of any opportunity. I am a self-starter that understands the value of preparation, hard work, and creating a positive team atmosphere to enhance work flow and transparency. My work ethic was instilled in me at the young age of 10, as I worked for my dad 's (my hero) business, where I started at the bottom as a maintenance assistant for $4.12 an hour. My dad taught me that hard work will produce results, which will expand responsibility, and grow your career. This advice sparked my competitive fire to prove and increase my worth professionally. While attending college and working, I was offered a part-time opportunity to make some extra money, which I turned into a successful business that I owned and operated for 9 years. I decided to finish my degree and pivot my career into marketing as I loved the B2B sales, customer experience (CX) and public speaking part of my business. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time with my family and friends. I believe in surrounding myself with positive people who support and push me to be better. I am truly blessed to have such a strong support system. I love to travel and create adventures along way. My zen can be up in the mountains snowboarding, laying at the pool with my wife, kayaking local lakes and rivers, or disc golfing in the woods.
