Some key highlights of my career include- Leading the growth of Crust Restaurant Group, managing operations for five locations and over 200 employees- Optimizing online platforms to drive revenue and increase customer traffic and loyalty- Developing systems to streamline operations, from recipe standardization to inventory management, resulting in significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.
