This career has developed a composite of valuable skills through experience and education as is exemplified and illustrated in work experience including: • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: 26 years of successful experience managing multiple projects, personnel, and programs for Gulf States Toyota and EXXON. • PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Planned, organized, and directed over 20 exceedingly successful programs generating over $50M in revenue. • TRAINING: Instructor for over 7 years at the collegiate and high school level merged with over 20 years training Associates as a business unit Manager. • TECHNICAL: Over 30 years in a Technician or Technical Training role with Exxon, Spring School District, North Harris College, and Toyota. • BUSINESS MANAGEMENT: Successfully managed multiple business initiatives for over 30 years.
