I have been involved with the communication and documentation industry for 14+ years which has allowed me to gain extremely valuable experience in customer satisfaction. As the Delivery Lead for Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati, I continually develop and strengthen my team along with the relationships I create with our customers to increase long-term partnerships through pro-active and personable interactions. I coordinate all resources to ensure all equipment is satisfactorily deployed, delivered and installed to our customers by the delivery professionals on my team. I am actively involved with all of our accounts which include THE Ohio State University, Ohio University, Nationwide Children's Hospital and many other accounts across the region. At every customer site, and with every customer interaction, I strive to provide a world class customer experience that is second to none. I embrace each opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction, which translates into lasting customer relationships.
