About Brian Randall

My municipal/local government law practice is relationship driven and politically minded as much as it is legal. I advise my clients on the law and guide them through issues presented by the community and government officials (elected and professional staff). I work in municipalities throughout Wisconsin based out of our Milwaukee office, but with a periodic and as-scheduled presence in our other Midwest offices. My experience primarily involves zoning, land use, entitlements, permitting, TIF, licensing, ordinance changes and other local government issues for top developers, businesses and property owners when navigating the government process. My practice focuses on land use and real estate matters for commercial, industrial and residential developments. I represent food and beverage clients and other municipal licensees. I manage lobbying and legislative matters and other local government matters. Aside from my own practice, Amundsen Davis is a full-service law firm, so where a matter involves something that I cannot personally undertake, I can either build a small team to provide efficient service or pass along to my colleagues.
