About Brian Refford

With a robust background in transatlantic history and a passion for higher education, my role as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University allows me to merge scholarly expertise with innovative teaching methods. Over the years, our team has crafted online courses that not only share knowledge but also inspire critical thinking and intellectual curiosity in the field of history. As a Book Review Editor for a prominent academic journal, I apply my analytical skills to evaluate and curate historical literature, contributing to the intellectual discourse on past narratives and their present-day implications. My commitment is to foster an environment where historical literacy is not just about the past, but a tool for understanding our current world.
