Background

About Brian Reynolds

I consider myself as a passionate and proactive Safety Professional I take great satisfaction from seeing reductions in workplace incidents and injuries through proactive face to face working with all workplace stakeholders. I seek to always identify hazards and associated risks in workplaces and failings / gaps in the performance of a safety management system, implementing initiatives to remedy shortcomings and injury prevention strategies and mentoring staff such that the business can once again meet its targets and goals.I strongly believe in the concept of leading by example in everything which transfers to those in the workplace. Adopting a 'policeman' type approach is for me counterproductive when it comes to all round safety at work and at home. Engaging and involving stakeholders at all levels in decisions and taking onboard their thoughts, ideas is paramount to workplace safety, good moral and a great business productivity performance motivator.I have well a developed and dedicated work ethic that is productive and effective, and I thrive on working with people. I would be a valuable asset in any organisation as I am a passionate individual of the utmost integrity, completely committed, enthusiastic and reliable, with the aptitude to match.
