About Brian Richards

I’m a senior operations leader with a decade of experience building systems that scale. I support teams, solve bottlenecks, and align people around better processes. At Bark Technologies, I lead sales operations for Bark Community Partners, our B2B division focused on supporting organizations that serve children across K–12 education, disability and accessibility services, underserved youth programs, and behavioral health. My work spans CRM architecture, marketing operations, cross-functional enablement, and go-to-market strategy, bringing structure and scale to every stage of the partner journey. What began in customer success evolved into a broader passion for understanding how systems work (and break), and how to rebuild them for long-term impact. In fast-moving, mission-driven environments, I’ve led teams, built training programs, designed workflows, and translated feedback into operational clarity. Outside of work, I volunteer with the Amphibian Foundation in Atlanta, supporting their special collections team. It’s a hands-on connection to environmental preservation and biodiversity, areas I care deeply about and continue to grow in both personally and professionally. I also train in Taekwondo and am currently one test away from earning my black belt. The discipline continues to sharpen my focus, resilience, and respect for incremental progress, qualities I bring to every aspect of my work and life. I’m always learning. Always iterating. And always open to conversations about building better systems, whether in business, education, or the environments we share.
