Previous role was leading the Digital Team at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions to drive e-business across the division, delivering their B2B e-commerce expansion and digital marketing efforts with the support of an excellent team. Previously, Head of Digital for DeLaval working with marketing and communications. Established and resourced the Group Digital team within DeLaval to implement the systems, tools and processes to bring DeLaval's traditional marketing approach to the next level. Launched e-commerce, developed a new global digital platform in 44 countries, introduced a PIM system and created a focus on digital advertising. Also created the new Digital Solutions department at roi.com.au, introduced a new operating structure and developed KPIs for all team members. Increased revenues from existing clients from 30% of new revenue to 60% of new revenue while streamlining the expenditure of the team.
