My journey into the profession of client relations and staff management began 23 years ago and, in that time, I have gained the confidence in my knowledge, abilities and experiences to be a dynamic and successful leader. Please allow me to highlight some of my key skills and experiences: • Over 9 years of management and client relations experience in the recreation and health sector. • Oversight of 30-40 front line staff, supervisory staff and volunteers. • Developed and managed budgetary responsibilities across multiple departments and facilities. • Involvement in providing strategic leadership for the business to meet and exceed long term departmental, facility and membership goals. • Key awareness of the impact decisions have on a business, client satisfaction and staff retention. • Success in building relationships internally and externally that allows for a collaborative approach to meet the diverse and changing needs of our cliental. • Accountability is the corner stone to be a successful leader, coach and mentor to staff, members and the business.
