About Brian Robertson

I'm a dedicated passionate person, with strong analytical business acumen with over 25 years Telco experience. I have been involved in several large BI projects, spanning across the Telco vertical, integrating downstream data from large databases (Oracle, SQL) and Telco Switches (NSN, Huawei etc). Managing the Service level agreements and quality thresholds of business to key Enterprise customers. Building applications and solutions that bring value to the GSM Network and Switching division, I was responsible for Database Config and auditing to achieve good Quality of Service. Some of my key responsibilities include, Ethernet, MPLS, and circuit emulation services (CES). I have also attended various Tektronix tracing, UNIX, SQL, NSN, Huawei and Qlik training. Despite making inroads in the Enterprise market beyond legacy connectivity service, I was also tasked with convincing business customers that we can be trusted providers of information and communication technology (ICT) services.
