Two Decades GM experience in Business Operations, Security, Law Enforcement, and Fitness. Former Law Enforcement in three cities, with experience as a PT Instructor, DT instructor, investigations, training, and community liason. Hosted seminars for school violence, violence in the workplace, church security, business management, fitness initiatives in Law Enforcement, and emergency preparedness. As COO of a veteran-owned security firm, led professionals in delivering security solutions related to threat mitigation, risk assessments, security personnel, and pioneered Veteran employment initiatives and training programs, driving millions in revenue through 20 high-profile contracts involving Texas Military Department, Universities, Churches, Non-Profit partnerships, and the City of San Antonio. Holds a Bachelor’s in Law Enforcement and certifications/licenses with Texas DPS, FEMA, FBI Train the Trainer, CMT, CPR, Notary, Expert Witness, Risk Management, and more. Leadership back office experience with accounting, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement. In my personal time I take care of two rescue dogs named Dasher and Vixen, work out, train community leaders, host seminars, and have a 4 year old son who plays guitar, teeball, rides rollercoasters, and wants to be a Ghostbuster.
