Hi, I’m Brian. My journey has taken me through the roles of therapist, organizational development professional, and life coach—all driven by one central passion: helping individuals thrive both professionally and personally. Early on, I observed powerful dynamics within my grandfather’s pharmacy in Easton, PA, where multiple family members worked—but few were fulfilled. I saw firsthand how relational misalignment can quietly erode both business success and personal well-being. That insight planted the seed for a lifelong commitment to understanding how people work—individually and together. I believe that transformation happens between ideas—in that in-between space where we’re deciding whether to try something new or stay where we are.
