About Brian Ruffo

I'm a seasoned professional with almost 30 years of experience in the software and technology industry. I'm currently a principal at a 150+ person consulting company responsible for 50% of annual revenue. I also manage approximately 100 consultants across multiple scopes and organizations. From a background perspective, I specialize in large package software implementation in multiple subsidiaries across the G20 with an emphasis on CRM and Business Intelligence. My skillset allows me to work across all phases of the software development lifecycle. I work with my clients to define business objectives and strategy based on their vision/mission. I'm trained in business process modeling and change management. I have a deep understanding of how to derive business requirements from a formalized business process. Finally, I'm a "rubber meets the road" delivery person. I can manage a team, either large or small, to implement software as needed based on vetted business processes and requirements. Over the last 5 years I've also been working as the Director of Business Development responsible for $30MM in annual sales.
