About Brian Rusk

Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed finding solutions for complex business processes and quality challenges, then creating and leading teams to successfully implement those solutions. Currently, I’m a consultant who advises leaders of large organizations as they navigate difficult change projects or DoD captures. I develop strategy campaigns, evaluate competitve pricing, facilitate global video conferences, present findings to large conference audiences, provide data analysis, analyze policies, and forecast voter responses. I was recently the General Manager for Oshino Lamps America, Ltd, hired to implement improvements within the American distribution center of this Japanese company. This includes analyzing their processes and controls, implementing improvements, and training their team on best practices. On the Leonardo DRS team, a manufacturer of naval power systems, I held several leadership roles. Originally, I was the process leader for business development operations, then I was selected to manage quality control and facility safety. This involved the leadership of 4 teams as well as budget management, financial planning, and contract negotiations. Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, camping, fishing, or pursuing my interest in astronomy.
