About Brian Sal Corral

With over 15 years of progressively advancing fine art and teaching experience, my time has spanned working as an art instructor, international artist and arts administrator. I have had the opportunity to work with and teach diverse groups of people in the collegiate setting both here and abroad as well as at risk youth, teen runaways as well as classes made up of students with learning differences. As Education Manager at the Pacific Art League, an Art Gallery Coordinator and Technician in London and Roanoke VA I took a lead role in increasing attendance, participation and partnerships with area art organizations. As a board member with Silicon Valley Open Studios, a partner with GenArts and as a painter I was in direct contact with many of the upcoming artists and art organizations in the Bay Area. Most recently I have had the opportunity to focus on raising my two children while experimenting with translating my contemporary figurative expressionism into new media formats. Goal: Renewing college teaching experience with the intention of eventually gaining the equivalent of full time hours.
