With a passion for health, I have spearheaded several key initiatives that have made a significant impact on our organisation. Mental Health First Aid: I have developed and implemented a comprehensive Mental Health First Aid Support program, ensuring that employees have access to the resources and assistance they need. This initiative has enhanced a supportive environment where mental health is prioritised and stigma is reduced. The program is comprehensive and leads the way in how a workplace mental health support should be implemented. Be Active Program: Understanding the importance of physical activity for overall health, I launched the Be Active program. This initiative encourages employees to incorporate physical activity into their daily routines, promoting a healthier and more active lifestyle. Menopause Workplace Support: Recognising the unique challenges faced by employees experiencing menopause, I established a Menopause Workplace Support program. This program provides education, resources, and support to ensure that all employees feel valued and understood during this stage of life. Stress Management: I am committed to educating and informing employees about the importance of stress management. Through workshops, seminars, and resources, I aim to equip individuals with the tools they need to manage stress effectively and maintain their well-being. In addition to my role, I am an experienced speaker and presenter on a wide range of health and wellbeing topics. I have had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and insights at various conferences, workshops, and seminars, inspiring others to prioritise their health and wellbeing. Leading a team of health and wellbeing professionals, we've launched pioneering programs, such as Mental Health First Aid and the Be Active initiative, which have set industry benchmarks for comprehensive workplace health support. My commitment to creating inclusive support systems extends to addressing unique needs, as seen in the Menopause Workplace Support program. Our efforts have established ESB as a leader in employee-centric health promotion.
