These experiences ignited my passion for design and set the stage for my continued growth. During my 8 years at MasTec, I served as a Design Engineer, collaborating closely with FPL. This role entailed designing, inventorying, permitting, and researching power poles—a responsibility that demanded precision and proficiency in Design Manager, Work Management Systems, Word, Excel, and Visio. Now, as a Service Planner at The Spear Group for the past 2 years, I've elevated my skill set to encompass project management, power distribution, and customer engagement.
