About Brian Scally

Brian Scally is Joint CEO of Paragon Music Group since 2018, having established and run Milestone Music Management for several years before that. A graduate of Dublin City University, Brian was awarded an Honours Business Studies Undergraduate Degree and became a Master of Business Studies in Marketing. He is also a member of The Marketing Institute and The Public Relations Institute. His primary areas of focus include working with artists to develop their international profile, advising on their creative endeavours and ultimately enhancing their commercial prospects on a global scale. Brian possesses an in-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, including contract negotiations, working with the media, TV, film, brand and advertising communities and stays in touch with the fast pace of change, especially with regard to the digital landscape and how to reach music consumers through those mediums. Brian also dedicates significant time to helping charitable and philanthropic groups with developing their media profile and fundraising activities. Although he travels regularly, his base is in Dublin where he is married with 3 children.
