About Brian Schaeffer

My objective is to become a successful real estate agent and/or property manager. My resume highlights my expertise in management, customer service and organization. During my time at Hickam Communities, I managed a community of 892 homes. I coordinated many events, created various marketing programs for my community such as PowerPoint demonstrations, website design and email campaigns. Through my efforts, I was able to increase resident satisfaction and occupancy rates. As a property manager, I focused greatly on attention to detail. I supervised a staff and regularly managed over 50 property issues simultaneously. I created a “resident issue tracking program” that is still in use at my former company. I worked closely with upper management in order to develop and write many of the reports required by the corporate office. I created and narrated regular presentations to audiences of over 100 present and potential residents which required me to explain the goals of the company and answer questions from the audience. I am highly proficient in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint and I feel my experience in organization, customer service, management, marketing and public speaking are qualities that qualify me for a position in property management. Based on my skills in property management, organization, writing and speaking skills, I am confident that I would be a great addition to any property management company.
