About Brian Schober

I am an experienced manager of people and business analyst with a natural instinct to maximize value. Many people tend to avoid change; however, I embrace it as an opportunity and motivate others to follow. Recently I have been constantly engaged in many projects to deal with change in resources. These included ground level development and project management of a self-service website, development of a new organization structure and metrics to drive the new structure. The end result has been best ever performance (by a lot) with >30% less resources. From automating the majority a previous job as an analyst (so I could work on other things) to motivating my current teams as a manager (and continually exceeding our goals), I have always been able to make an impact and drive change. It was great to be rewarded for my work in improving the organizational structure last year with a 2015 Sprint Circle of Excellence Award.
