About Brian Scott

My field of study is hotel and restaurant management. I love this field because it gives me an opportunity to be able to communicate with some of my future coworkers, meet important people and expand with the industry I have worked at a movie theater were I was a food runner for 6 to 7 months. This job position gave me a better idea on how you should always treat your customers, provide them with an excellent service, and it taught me how to perform at a fast pace but with ease. I have also had to pleasure to be able to work with Pinstripes during the summer which has helped tell the difference between hotels and restaurants operation. My goals for my career is to earn an internship at a very popular hotel chain or restaurant and learn how to manage it and learn to have high expectations when it comes to making sure that who I end up working for or with help expand either the company themselves or the properties that are in need of assistance. My main goal is to be own multiple hotel and restaurant chains and invest in the future so the businesses can continue to thrive.
