About Brian Seley

Brian Seley has more than 30 years of experience in the Engineering profession. After obtaining an Engineering Degree from the University of MO Rolla, Seley began his career in the engineering profession working for various consulting engineering companies. In 1991, he formed BES Engineering, LLC. Under his direction, the firm has expanded to include offices in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, and Binghamton, NY. The firm has since earned recognition in both upstate NY and SC, with many successful projects to date. Past experience includes: resort developments, commercial projects, institutional facilities, residential-planning & recreation development, educational and municipal facilities. Energy conservation and sustainable design has always been a focal point for BES. Past consulting assignments have included the NY state energy office and their Energy advisory service to commercial power users in NY State. Recently, Brian Seley P.E. has obtained LEED certification for new construction, and CEM certified energy manager. Specialties: Electrical/Mechanical Project Engineer for Industrial, Commercial, and Public Utility.
