Served 13 seasons for the Pittsburgh Pirates professional baseball organization leading in all phases of player development and organizational strategy. Designed and facilitated various programs for leadership development, organizational learning, on-field skill development, player evaluation, logistics, holistic growth, and team dynamics. Additionally, passionate about developing coaching pedagogy in athletics to help coaches grow as teachers and players grow as learners. Creating an entrepreneurial and learning mindset that leverages athletics as a transformational experience. Completed Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University in Fall 2022.
