Accredited Professional Executive Coach, Career Transitions Coach, Leadership & Management Development Consultant, Trainer/Facilitator Over 30 years managerial and project management experience across all three business sectors in a number of diverse and challenging environments onshore and offshore. These range from multi agency projects, Safety Leadership to replacing IT systems and introducing new training options, all to add value to the client. As an experienced HR Professional and Accredited Professional Executive Coach, I care passionately about positively influencing the lives of others. This is what drives me to continually support the growth and improvement of businesses and individuals through tailored coaching, management and development. Enabling businesses and individuals to maximise their talent and improve their performance through running a Coaching and Management Development Consultancy. I am proud to be the only Associate and Executive Business Coach with New Level Results Ltd in the North East of Scotland using `The Curve` online coaching tool for individuals and Teams! I draw from a number of disciplines such as performance coaching, NLP and positive psychology to accurately analyse and understand a business’ or an individual’s needs, realise their potential and develop a unique approach that will ensure sustainable and lasting changes. As an Accredited Professional Executive Coach with 17 years experience, I have worked with diverse clients, including young people, graduates, managers and senior leaders to support them in achieving individual and business performance transformations that help build a strong and motivated team. I have achieved notable success in development of managers from diverse, multi cultural backgrounds recognising the needs of individuals and what they bring to the organisations concerned. My business ethic is to improve performance, add value and enable individuals and businesses to reach their full potential. To build upon this, I have undertaken significant personal development to measure and create a positive impact in Leadership Resilience and Emotional Intelligence. I have supported the NHS staff during the COVID pandemic through the position of Wellbeing Coach at Project 5 NHS and have led the Association for Coaching group in Aberdeen as the `coaches` coach for 10 years. I am also a member of the North East CIPD Executive Forum, ILM and ISMA.
