I have numerous years of Estates Management experience at Director level, working in the education sector since 2010. I am passionate about providing students and staff with the best possible experience, by delivering a first-class customer focused service, with well-managed, efficient, and compliant buildings that greatly enhance the provision of high-quality technical and professional education and training. I have the high-level strategic planning and organisational skills that would be expected with my current position, with the ability to think and operate at an Executive level. As an Estates Management professional, I have a thorough understanding and experience of successfully applying strategic and operational management techniques in large, high-footfall estates portfolios with often diverse and complex activities. I am an accomplished project manager with extensive experience of successfully delivering large scale, high value, capital projects to restricted timescales with challenging constraints. I am a highly experienced people manager with a strong work ethic, and capacity to innovate and motivate people to meet or exceed quality and financial targets. Focused, always optimistic, and ready for any challenge with the ability to remain calm under pressure. I’m self-disciplined and self-motivated, with exceptionally high standards of personal and professional integrity. Extremely hardworking and enthusiastic with the excellent customer service skills needed to succeed and thrive in a demanding estates environment.
