Over 3-decades, I have worked as an individual, a team-player, and leader to develop and deliver outcomes that the team is proud of and that Customers love to experience, and benefits the Company’s objectives. Believing that better ideas come when more diverse perspectives are included, I am passionate about creating and leading cross-function, multicultural teams to achieve beyond what was originally imagined. Having traveled the world and lived in other cultures, I have developed personal skills to connect with people, to bridge gaps in cultures, and to capture unique perspectives on new problems. With a deep belief that an individual can achieve beyond their own expectations with the right mentoring and coaching, I have worked to invest in individuals and teams so that they can be inspired to achieve. I have used this passion for excellence and development of people and spirit of collaboration to face the challenges of a transforming industry and to deliver at or above the company’s goals.
