As Director of Operations at Inventus Power, I developed and implemented automation strategy to eliminate 70% of direct labor costs for a $4.5M capital expenditure project. I delivered the project on time to secure ROI 18 months after deployment. During period of reduced market demand, I utilized my financial and business acumen to effectively collaborate with leaders at multiple global sites. By developing and implementing new strategies for controlling expenses and driving revenue, my teams delivered near record margins and met EBITDA targets.
