About Brian Smeback

I am people oriented and feel I have a great deal to offer when it comes to my skills in business and health care. I have a business degree that has taught me a great deal about the inner workings and functionality of any business operation. I feel the skills I acquired through my education have given me insight into the processes that lead to success in any field. People, product, and process are the three pillars that any success endeavor should be built on. I have a very strong adaptability to any job, and a technical background with computers and software that has placed me as the go to person for resolutions to problems related to those fields. Coupling this broad business background with my true calling in health care and giving the best of me in the care for others in need I feel makes me an asset as an employee to any employer, as well as a highly desired forward facing representative for any company I work for. I'm ambitious and constantly seeking further education and knowledge in any field I'm in. I hate not knowing how things work or being unable to do things. I think ignorance is a choice that is easily remedied with hard work, determination, and the simple desire to seek out knowledge and discover new things. I truly believe there isn't anything I am unable to understand or learn, and I will always have room for growth and improvement. I feel the same for any company I work for and I am constantly trying to refine and improve my own methods as well as those in the structure where I work. I function well in high stress situations and thrive in environments when I'm tested to my limits of what I'm capable of. I enjoy being a part of a strong team and the cerebral nature a capable group of educated people can operate in and achieve great things with. I am as willing a leader as I am a team or role player. My goal will always be the absolute best I can be and to never stop striving to improve myself and making those around me better.
