I currently lead professional development and consultation for K-12 teachers, administrators, higher education, and various organizations. I specialize in the effective integration of AI tools like ChatGPT into educational and professional settings. My approach focuses on utilizing AI as a co-pilot across diverse work environments. As a Program Director for the Allegheny Intermediate Unit in Pennsylvania, I honed my skills in leadership, problem-solving, and implementing state education initiatives. The most exhilarating part of my role was building district capacities and leading state-level projects – it wasn’t just fun, it led to impactful outcomes. Before AIU, my career spanned multiple roles at the Gateway School District, including teacher, instructional coach, building and district administrator. This varied experience has enriched my understanding of the educational landscape, enabling me to offer tailored and effective tech integration strategies. I thrive on connecting with education, technology, data analysis, and computer science professionals. My systems-thinking approach shines when collaborating with leaders to map out plans and achieve objectives.
