Background

About Brian Stumpf

I am a safety leader experienced in guiding construction operations across complex, high-risk environments. I bring a balance of field presence and strategic direction — making sure safety is built into planning, communication, and execution at every phase of the work.My leadership style is steady, hands-on, and people-focused. I work closely with superintendents, foremen, and project teams to anticipate risk early, strengthen pre-task planning, and create environments where crews feel supported and informed. I believe effective safety leadership starts in the field, with trust, clarity, and consistent engagement. At the organizational level, I focus on aligning safety with operations, improving communication, elevating field leadership, and building systems that drive accountability without adding unnecessary friction. My approach to training, incident management, and culture development centers on coaching, learning, and long-term improvement.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and have a strong track record of supporting field leaders, improving safety culture, and helping organizations execute work safely and efficiently.
